Jason and I are so excited to finally share the news that we’ll be welcoming our 3rd child early this spring :) We don’t know the sex yet, but trust me, when I know, everyone will know! Here’s a recent picture of my belly and our little nugget:

I know, a crappy cell phone picture but hey, we can’t carry around our dslr’s everywhere ;)

So what does this mean for next year? Well, we’re over halfway booked for 2014 weddings, and it isn’t even truly booking season yet so we’re expecting a busy wedding season next year. The only thing that will currently change is this:

Starting in January 2014, I will be taking a break from portrait sessions. We will be focusing only on weddings, engagements, and couples until we are adjusting to being a family of 5.

The fact of the matter is, I love my job, and I love my clients. All of them. Families, babies, weddings, couples, seniors, everything. But, I can only give my best work and the best of myself when I don’t spread myself too thin. I’m going to be refocusing a bit next year to ensure that the clients I have get the best I can give. And once we’ve figured out a method to the madness in our home, I’ll be restarting portraits again :)
