Jessica and Zach met on a blind date and knew within the first week of meeting one another that this was it. In fact, during Zach’s thank you speech at their reception, he recalled thinking ‘now that is a girl I could marry’ when he saw Jessica for the first time. These two are so in love with one another, and it’s evident to anyone who’s around them for more than 2 seconds (you’ll remember these lovebirds from their Morton Arboretum engagement session here). They got married last Saturday on a beautiful January day (cold, but beautiful!!) at Elmhurst College in the Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel. Everyone who claimed that they wouldn’t cry (ahem, groomsmen) – did cry (we caught you all!). It was a very sweet ceremony followed by a stunning reception at the Empress Banquets in Addison. The night was filled with one of the greatest best man speeches we’ve ever seen (think 2 dancing and singing brothers), and an amazing Hora dance that every guest participated in. This day was filled with so much love and laughter, and Jason and I are so happy we were able to be a part of it. Please enjoy the pics!
Love those outdoor shots! Beautiful!
Beautiful photos, beautiful wedding, beautiful bride and groom. I love all the ways you captured their beautiful day.
Hello! Looking through these beautiful photos and the chapel photos is what caught my eye. My fiance and I are getting married at Hammerschmidt Chapel next month and we are looking for a large white drape (stage curtain) like this bride put in the chapel. Is there any way you are able to contact her and ask where she purchased that drape or what dimensions she used? Thank you!!
Hi Veronica! I’d be happy to help, can you shoot me an email at salvatoriphoto@hotmail.com so we can talk further? Thanks!
