Marina and Brett have known each other since high school, but their paths didn’t cross until they went away to college and came home for homecoming one year. They hit it off right away, and have been happily in love for the past 5 years. They are the sweetest people together, and you’ll remember their ‘Up!’ themed engagement session here. They both loved the 1920s/1940s ‘Old Hollywood’ era, and wanted their wedding to be focused around that theme. They also love the holidays, so the idea became an Old Hollywood Christmas :) Everything came together at the Abbington Banquets in Glen Ellyn. The details of this wedding were amazing. Every single centerpiece was painted and put together by the bride, and the collection of antique books, cameras, and jewelry were an amazing focal point of each table. Marina and Brett are just so in love, Jason and I both saw it in their engagement session and it was reiterated throughout the night. The way they stare at each other as if they’re the only two people in the room is adorable. They are so caring towards one another, and the tears and smiles from everyone as Marina walked down the aisle are just an example of the love these families have for the two of them. Jason and I were so blessed to be a part of this wedding, and cannot wait to share the pictures. Enjoy!!
