Lauren and Matt met through one of Lauren’s college roommates at a party, and once they started dating Lauren knew he was ‘the one’ when he met her dog Finley and thought she was as amazing as Lauren did. Matt proposed at the dog beach with the ring tied to Finley’s neck and the rest is history :) (In fact, you can see their engagement photos featuring Finley here). Their wedding was held at the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza in River North, with a beautiful ceremony at Assumption Catholic Church in Chicago. The ceremony was followed by a 2 hour trolley ride all around the city to take pictures at some awesome city locations…Olive Park, the gardens at the Art Institute, Buckingham Fountain, and the Franklin Street Bridge. Lauren and Matt were so thrilled to be getting married and their friends and families made this day so enjoyable.
