Kelly + Rory Wedding I Stonebridge Aurora, Naperville, Chicago Wedding Photographer

All of my couples this year have been super adventurous, and I remember sitting in meeting after meeting thinking ‘how can these proposal stories get better each time??’ Rory and Kelly was one that definitely stood out to me; he proposed on a trip to Iceland, on the green cliffs of the island of Heimaey, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean – seriously. I loved Kelly’s vision and style for her wedding, the blue and white porcelein centerpieces were the starting point for the rest of the decorations, down to the tiniest detail (like the invitations, designed by Kelly herself, who’s a graphic designer – a girl after my own heart!).  Kelly and Rory just exuded joy their whole day, and it was truly just fun to get to photograph them.
